1-Introduction

The commercial relationships between GMC and the customers are regulated by the following general conditions of sale.

2-Customer

IperGMC sells to:
- private individuals and owners of I.V.A.

3-Responsibility

All goods travel insured, in case of loss or theft of the package Ipergmc will reimburse the goods or full reimbursement of payment, at the customer's choice. Upon receipt of the package, if you notice a tampering or a clear deterioration of the outer carton, you must accept with reserve, tell the courier that you intend to sign with reserve and point out the defect. It is signed "subject to control and then name and surname"

4-Technical Information

The data sheets included in the Internet site: www.ipergmc.it, are derived from the information published by the respective manufacturers and included in our catalog. GMC, therefore, reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the producers, without any prior notice.

5-Orders

The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation message from the order placed by e-mail (E-mail). The order will be considered confirmed only when the item is shipped. Should there be shortages of stock or a change in the price of the asset, the customer will be notified and the order canceled without any penalty on both sides. Ipergmc reserves the right to cancel an order due to an incorrect price insertion without any penalty, the reimbursement will be contextual.

6-Prices

All prices entered on the site, in the list column, are to be intended as list prices for the end user - including VAT -. Prices and discounts can be changed at any time by Ipergmc, without any notice.

7-Availability Products

In the product catalog published on the website www.ipergmc.it because the access and the possibility to forward the order "on-line", modify in real time the availability of the product, IperGMC does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, until the order itself will not be shipped. In case of temporary lack of the product the customer will be contacted and reimbursed immediately.

8-Shipping and Delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise communicated, will be made by carriers defined by IperGMC. The goods travel insured.

The time and cost of delivery are indicated by the electronic cart when ordering

The customer is required to clearly indicate an address where the courier will always find someone, are available centers for receiving parcels in each city and town (kipoint, mail box etc.). Express couriers are not required to leave notices, make countless attempts or deliver at particular times on request. Choose a convenient delivery address.


9-Risk and Property

At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages. In the case of an obviously tampered collar, the goods must be accepted by signing "subject to control". Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported via email to postmaster@ipergmc.it

10-Payments

The goods must be paid as preferred by the customer in the electronic shopping cart. The payment coordinates will be available when ordering.

11-The right of withdrawal
it can be carried out without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 10 working days.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a written communication sent by email to postmaster@ipergmc.it

In the event that at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal the delivery of the goods had already taken place, the consumer is required to return it at his own expense. The deadline for the return is at most ten working days.
The only expenses payable by the consumer are those of delivery and return of the goods to the sender.
IperGMC will refund the sums already paid, free of charge and in the shortest possible time (maximum term: 7 days from the date on which the seller is informed of the termination and has received the return of the goods)

It is possible to return, using the right of withdrawal, only the new, unused goods, in the original packaging, integral in all its parts and not crumpled, and then re-soldable. The goods used, even for once, can not be returned because they can not be sold, if it is not working Ipergmc guarantees at its own expense the replacement of the goods if reported within 10 days.

In case of return due to a malfunction reported within 10 days of receipt, the shipping costs for the return of the package are the responsibility of Ipergmc. The customer will receive a full refund or a new working item.

11 / A - Right to cancel orders

The customer can ask for the cancellation of the order or part of it. The request for cancellation (and acceptance of the same) must be done via email. No penalty is due.
 
12-Returns Goods

The return of goods to GMC must be requested by e-mail, indicating the reasons for the request, citing the references of the invoice and / or the DDT and must be expressly authorized "on line". The return of goods must be made prior authorization and within 10 working days from the date of approval of the return request.
The returned goods may be subject to deduction if the product:
- although perfectly intact (closed) has been opened (crumpled package)
- be declared in the unopened email while in reality it is.


The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and sent to the warehouse in free port, quoting the IperGMC invoice number on the document.

13-Complaints

Any errors in shipping or lack of material must be reported, in writing and / or on-line, according to the terms and conditions indicated in point 9. The package received broken or open should not be withdrawn, must be refused asking the courier to specify the reason, (goods without reservation) or must be accepted by signing with the words "you accept subject to verification of the content" countersigned by the carrier.

14 Guarantee

Ipergmc guarantees the client from A to Z:

in case of loss of the package

in case of malfunction when opening the package

in case of withdrawal within 10 days

over 10 days, as an after-sales assistance, through the manufacturer who must provide a 2-year warranty by law

The purchase of material at GMC entails full acceptance of the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer of the goods sold, which may be independent of the IperGMC's wishes. The customer, therefore, is aware that the goods purchased will be guaranteed by the manufacturer and under the conditions set out therein, and accepts, therefore, removed any reserve, all modes of performance of the manufacturer's warranty, even by reference, purely by way of example, of the guarantee manager subject also different from IperGMC.

15-Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the customer acknowledges that "personal data" communicated and / or exchanged, including during pre-contractual information, will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the effects and with the purposes referred to in art. 24, paragraph 1, lett. b) and subsequent amendments and additions to the Legislative Decree 196/2003. It is also understood that the customer expressly consents to the transfer of "personal data" pursuant to and by effect of art. 43, paragraph 1, lett. b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Ipergmc does not sell the personal data of its customers to third parties. 18-Cookies and tracking of access to the site
